As President of Hillwood Construction Services, Jim Linden is responsible for construction operations for Hillwood Development.
Linden started Hillwood Construction Services in December of 2000 and since then Hillwood Construction Services has constructed over 23 million square feet of industrial and office product in North Texas, Mississippi, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, South Carolina and Georgia.
Hillwood Construction Services team of professional builders provides its services as design-builder, general contractor and construction manager for Hillwood development and third party owners, throughout the country.
Prior to joining Hillwood Linden has been involved in many diverse project types, from office, micro-electronics, healthcare, industrial, education, recreation, historic restoration, residential and municipal.
A graduate from Texas A&M University, in 1976 Linden earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.
