The company is ranked among the top developers in the United States (National Real Estate Investor; Commercial Property News) and as the top commercial and residential developers in North Texas (Dallas Business Journal), and is recognized for its high-profile projects and public-private ventures that bring tremendous value to its customers and partners.
Two of Hillwood’s largest projects have been the development of AllianceTexas, a 17,000-acre development northwest of DFW International Airport, and Victory, a 72-acre development in downtown Dallas that includes the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars.
