Dick’s Sporting Goods signed a 50,000-square-foot lease to anchor a new phase of Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth.

Trademark Property Co. said construction on Dick’s would begin in July and the store is set to open in summer of 2013.

Phase two will add 140,000 square feet to the existing 800,000 square feet. Alliance Town Center is a joint venture of Hillwood and Trademark.
