Entech Solar Inc., a provider of solar energy systems, has relocated its corporate headquarters to Fort Worth from Ewing, N.J.
The company’s headquarters will be incorporated into a 71,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution center that Entech Solar leased in November at Hillwood’s Alliance Global Logistics Hub in Fort Worth.
Entech Solar recently changed its name from WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. to better reflect its corporate focus following last month’s acquisition of solar company Entech Inc. The publicly traded company’s ticker symbol temporarily will remain WWAT.OB.
The company didn’t immediately return phone calls Tuesday.
