The newest additions to the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 network represent a wide range of industries and backgrounds across North Texas.
The winners were selected by DBJ with input from a group of 19 judges, all past 40 Under 40 honorees, who reviewed more than 300 nominations. The winners were chosen based on their professional accomplishments, impact on their organizations and wider community impact, among other factors.
The honorees represent industries including finance, sports, homebuilding, commercial real estate and much more. Beyond their day-to-day roles, many of this year’s honorees devote time to mentoring colleagues, serving on nonprofit boards and supporting causes across the region.

The 40 Under 40 will be recognized at an awards celebration on May 28 at the Thompson Dallas hotel. They’ll also be profiled in print and online that week. Individual tickets for the event will go on sale in early May.
Judges consistently remarked on the strength of this year’s applicant pool, noting how difficult it was to narrow down such an accomplished group of young professionals.
