Ernst & Young LLP confirms that it will move its North Texas headquarters to the One Victory Park office building under construction in Victory Park, information first reported by the Dallas Business Journal in February.
The accounting firm will join PlainsCapital Bank and law firm Haynes and Boone LLP in the 20-story office building.
The firm plans to lease about 150,000 square feet in the top floors of the building being co-developed by Hillwood and Hines. Ernst & Young’s 1,200 Dallas employees will move from 2100 Ross Ave. in downtown Dallas to the Uptown space in July 2009.
The lease brings the One Victory Park high-rise to 85 percent leased.
As part of the deal, Ernst & Young will get prominent building signage facing west toward I-35 East, east toward Woodall Rodgers Freeway and north toward the Dallas North Tollway.
