Motivating Graphics, a maker of printed materials for cellphones, is expanding its Alliance presence near the southeast corner of Eagle Parkway and Interstate 35W, said David Pelletier, spokesman for Hillwood, developer of Alliance.

The 85,680-square-foot expansion will more than double its space to 152,787 square feet, he said.
