Trademark Property Co. and Hillwood have reached agreements with North Carolina-based department store chain Belk Inc. and Dallas-based Cheddar’s Casual Cafe to open locations in Alliance Town Center. The 300-acre development opens this fall with J.C. Penney and Cheddar’s. Belk and Dallas-based Sam Moon open in fall 2007. Alliance Town Center is located along the east side of Interstate 35W between Heritage Trace Parkway and North Tarrant Parkway in Fort Worth. The free-standing, 103,000-square-foot Penney store will be one of the first to have a Sephora cosmetics department inside.
