Alliance to add two office buildings to mix

Hillwood Properties will be adding two top-of-the-line, multi-story office buildings to its ever-growing list of  leasing options at Alliance Town Center in North Fort Worth, the developer announced today.

Planners have yet to finalize designs for the two Class-A office towers in the mixed-use, 900-acre Alliance Town Center project, but construction on the first of the two spec buildings is expected to begin before the year’s end. The first tower, located north of Heritage Trace Parkway, will be marketed to large and small corporate clients, while the second building will cater more to smaller boutique-type clients, according to Hillwood’s early plans.

“As professional jobs continue moving to north Fort Worth, the demand for Class A office space continues to increase,” Hillwood Senior Vice President Bill Burton said in the company’s announcement. “We have the opportunity in north Fort Worth to create a fully amenitized Class A office park with retail, hotel, open space and amenities that will enable us to attract quality companies that can take advantage of the vast number of residents in the area.”
