AllianceTexas breaks ground on next phase of project

Hillwood Residential broke ground on the next phase of its 2,300-acre Heritage community in north Fort Worth on Aug. 13. The next phase includes 78 lots on 30 acres in the Bluffs section of Heritage with homes starting at $280,000. The phase’s builders are Toll Brothers and Standard Pacific.

According to a release, Hillwood cites continued job growth in the Alliance area and a “pent-up demand for housing” as the driving factors in pushing forward with the new phase.

According to Residential Strategies, a local research firm, in the past year Heritage had 232 starts, which ranks second in North Texas areas.

Heritage is part of the 17,000-acre AllianceTexas development that includes the Alliance Global Logistics Hub, Circle T Ranch, Alliance Town Center, Saratoga and Monterra Village. AllianceTexas has approximately 10,000 residents in its single-family and apartment home communities and 220 companies that employ 28,000 workers.
