Area Industrial Markets Poised for Solid Year

Memphis Daily News: All signs are pointing toward a strong year for the Memphis-area industrial market. The Memphis market closed the first quarter with the lowest vacancy rate the market has experienced in 14 years. The first quarter’s positive absorption numbers were largely due to the delivery of the 541,980-square-foot build-to-suit for Home Décor/Jimco Lamps’ at Hillwood Investment Properties’ DeSoto Trade Center. See full story.
