Charles Schwab campus will bring 1,200 new jobs to growing North Texas financial cluster

California-based Charles Schwab Corp. will create at least 1,200 new jobs with its planned regional office campus in northeast Tarrant County.

The 500,000-square-foot office center in Westlake has been given a $6 million Texas Enterprise Fund grant to help pay for the project.

Schwab announced last fall that it would locate the new office campus on Ross Perot Jr.’s Circle T Ranch near State Highway 114.

The San Francisco-based company rented 130,000 square feet of office space at 2050 Roanoke Road in Westlake to temporarily house up to 500 Schwab employees. Since last fall, Schwab has been opening the temporary office while working with developer Hillwood on the planned Circle T campus.
