COMMERCIAL NOTES: PARKWAY CENTRE TWO Parkway Centre Two: Construction has reached the halfway mark on a117,424-square-foot office/industrial building at the Parkway BusinessCentre in Poway. The $9.1 million concrete and glass facility is beingbuilt by McMillin Commercial in partnership with Hillwood Development Corp.of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. Mitchell Repair Information Co., asubsidiary of Snap-On Tools, has already leased 65 percent of ParkwayCentre Two and will occupy 65,198 square feet. The general contractor isR.G. Petty Construction. The architect is Jack McKeown of KMA Architecture. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.News Article | 8/15/1999
