Houston Chronicle: Two Dallas-based developers are set to break ground on a master planned office and logistics park in north Houston totaling nearly 718,000 square feet, Stream Realty Partners announced. Copeland Commercial, in a joint venture with Hillwood Investment Properties, plans to start construction on Interstate Commerce Center at 1910 Cypress Station Drive in June.
