EIGHT NEW RETAILERS TO SET UP SHOP IN VICTORY PARK

Dallas, TX – April 20, 2006 – Hillwood announced today that Victory Park will welcome eight new retailers to the district, including Bella Flora, Cork, Gachet Coffee Lounge, Habana Room Social Club, Haven, Jolie Boutique, Lily and Paciugo Gran Caffé. Occupying over 10,000 square feet of retail space, these new arrivals will open their doors in fall 2006.

• Bella Flora – A high-end florist that will focus on flowers in their purest and most artistic forms. The space itself will blend dynamic energy, stark simplicity and visual elegance. Dynamic changing displays, accessories and themed windows will be a store attraction. Located in the W Dallas Victory block – 2424 Victory Park Lane.

• Cork – A retail store that carries fashions for both men and women and will showcase the best of the exclusive, up and coming designers. From a day at the office to a night on the town, Cork will carry European sophisticated styles for today’s professionals. Located in The Terrace – 2308 Victory Park Lane.

• Gachet Coffee Lounge – A lounge that will deliver authentic European-style coffees roasted on the premises from exclusive foreign plantations in an art gallery and design house forum. Select wines from around the world, fine loose-leaf teas and gourmet confections will further the dynamic menu offerings. The adjacent bookstore will feature a selection of titles that will focus on art, design, fashion, architecture, lifestyle and travel with an interesting blend of cultural fiction and an extensive magazine collection with international flair to round out a venue of leisure and urban living. • Habana Room Social Club – A social club and cigar bar housed in a modernist space with subtle references to 1940’s and 50’s Cuba. The club will feature art deco interiors and serve over 200 varieties of rum from around the world, in addition to a wide assortment of cigars. • Lily – A designer boutique featuring a striking collection of contemporary designer wear for women. The store will feature premium labels such as Valentino, Roberto Cavalli, Marc Jacobs, Versace Jeans Couture and Moschino. Located in the W Dallas Victory block – 2412 Victory Park Lane.

• Paciugo Gran Caffé – Faithful to the real gelato caffé concept, Paciugo Gran Caffé brings to Victory Park the modern Italian caffé never seen before on this side of the Atlantic. The concept, a natural evolution of the acclaimed Paciugo Gelato brand, infuses the arts of handcrafted gelato and roasted premium espresso.
