Developer Hillwood said Wednesday that the Federal Aviation Administration has leased 14,440 square feet of office space in its AllianceTexas complex.
The office space is located in the Heritage Commons II office building and will be used for a relocation of the FAA’s Flights Standards District Office.
The FAA has previously leased about 6,500 square feet for the facility at AllianceTexas starting in 1996.
The Heritage Commons II building is located at 13601 North Freeway in Fort Worth and was opened earlier this year.
DynCorp International is also a tenant in the building.
