Fort Worths Alliance foreign trade zone is nations largest for second year

On Wednesday, Alliance Airport will try to coax Commerce Secretary Gary Locke aboard a helicopter — possibly piloted by developer Ross Perot Jr. — for an aerial tour of its landlocked foreign trade zone, the largest in the country for two years running.
