GE Transportation — which has been in North Texas for the past four years — plans to relocate its global services operations group into an office building in Alliance Town Center, which sits in close proximity to the company’s locomotive manufacturing plant at AllianceTexas.
The company, a division of General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE), has signed a lease for 16,573 square feet within Hillwood Commons I at Alliance Town Center, which was developed last year to help meet growing demand for office space in the north Fort Worth corridor.
