Grazioli Joins Hillwood Strategic Services Team

GRAZIOLI JOINS HILLWOOD STRATEGIC SERVICES TEAM

FORT WORTH – Albert J. Grazioli Jr. has joined Hillwood as senior vice president for Hillwood Strategic Services. Grazioli’s responsibilities include directing global development projects for Hillwood Strategic Services. Hillwood Strategic Services is executing advisory services projects in Florida, Finland, Argentina, Japan and Houston. The division also has projects in different stages of development in California, Jordan, and Salalah, Oman.Grazioli was formerly head of real estate and facilities for DreamWorks SKG. While at DreamWorks, he served as team leader and principal negotiator for the acquisition of the company’s planned $500 million headquarters and studio campus on nearly 50 acres at Playa Vista in Los Angeles.”Al’s experience at DreamWorks, where he was responsible for a large team of varied players, is a true asset,” said Isaac Manning, president of Hillwood Strategic Services. “He successfully managed the expectations of the principals, senior management, as well as state and local elected officials, as he negotiated a delicate and demanding project. Al’s knowledge and experience strengthens our team and gives Hillwood an edge as we expand our international development initiatives.”Grazioli’s career includes more than 20 years of experience including associations with Koll Co., Coldwell Banker and Citicorp. He also provided development and project management services for Fox Studios on a 53-acre site with 1.24 million square feet of offices, sound stages, studio-technical facilities, a commissary and a 4,000-car parking lot.
