FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS — Hillwood is developing two speculative industrial buildings located in Lakeside Trade Center, a 137-acre development in Flower Mound. Lakeside Trade Center 4 building will consist of 333,372 square feet and Lakeside Trade Center 5 building will consist of 456,950 square feet. The properties will be located north of the intersection of Lakeside Parkway and Enterprise Drive and are scheduled for completion in 2007. Currently, three buildings totaling 1.4 million square feet are located onsite. The buildings are 100 percent occupied and tenants include Best Buy, Maytag, Stacy Furniture and Exel Logistics. Mark Miller and Adam Curran of Robert Lynn Co. will market the buildings for Hillwood.
