Hillwood Fills Nearly 1.5 million SF of Warehouse Space in Pair of Leases

CoStar Group: Hillwood Investment Properties recently scored two major leases in a pair of its Georgia distribution centers. At the Commerce 85 Distribution Center in Commerce, GA, Hillwood and its partner, Brookfield Asset Management, signed a 962,280-square-foot lease with fast-growing, discount-salvage retailer Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. In Pendergrass, GA, Kubota Tractor recently moved into its new 486,000-square-foot space for its new southeastern U.S. distribution center.  Read the full story.
