Hillwood has named Andrew Gallina chief marketing officer for its Victory development near downtown Dallas.
Gallina brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to the table, including positions at Neiman Marcus, Bass Enterprises, LaSalle Partners, and, most recently, as CMO at Kirkland’s, a home décor retailer.
In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of Victory’s marketing efforts, including residential, retail, office and the Victory Media Network. The chief marketing office is a newly created position for Victory, a 75-acre master-planned urban development that is nearly completion of its third phase.
The project has reached a critical mass in terms of retailers, residents and office users so “it’s extremely important that Hillwood continues to create and nurture a dynamic and exciting neighborhood for our existing customers, while we continue to plan, market and develop the project’s future phases,” said Ross Perot Jr., chairman of Hillwood.
