Hillwood has bought 22 acres in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas to develop a high-end, exclusive neighborhood.
Homes in The Creeks of Preston Hollow will range from $4 million to $12 million and homeowners will have access to concierge services. The neighborhood is located at the corner of Royal Lane and Inwood Road in Dallas. Development of the site will begin this month with lot delivery scheduled for early 2007. The company did not disclose the purchase price for the site. Fort Worth-based Hillwood, a Ross Perot company, is a commercial real estate developer. Its developments include the AllianceTexas project northwest of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the $420 million American Airlines Center and the Victory district near downtown Dallas.News Article | 8/16/2006
