Hillwood sketches out spec building for Cecil Commerce Center

Jacksonville (Florida) Business Journal: A potential building at AllianceFlorida at Cecil Commerce Center that Hillwood Investment Properties has sketched out for possible customers would fulfill the next requirement in the company’s contract with the city of Jacksonville. Hillwood Senior Vice President Dan Tatsch said the potential space could suit “everything from a straightforward distribution operation to a complex light-manufacturing operation.” See full story.
