FORT WORTH — Alliance developer Hillwood is expected to close this week on 1,300 acres in Jackson Hole, Wyo. The land will be developed in 30- to 50-acre ranch tracts, said Ross Perot Jr. About 600 acres will remain ranch land run by the current owners.
