The urban development arm of Hillwood, in partnership with the Perot family, has released plans for a new 350,000-square-foot office tower along Turtle Creek. The 16-story building will sit across the street from the new Hillwood headquarters and Perot family offices.
The three-acre site was acquired in 2015. Development is expected to get underway once design plans are complete and pre-leasing is secured.
