The new Hillwood Urban development company has upped its game with the hiring of a new executive to help it recruit businesses for new office developments.
Bill Brokaw – formerly and exec with Cushman & Wakefield and Cousins Properties – has joined Hillwood Urban as a senior vice president.
Brokaw will help the new firm round up business tenants for new office projects it has in the works in downtown Dallas and at Victory Park.
“Bill brings tremendous experience, knowledge and expertise from his more than 20 years of leasing and overseeing some of the largest and most influential commercial real estate transactions to date in North Texas,” Mike Berry, president of Hillwood Properties, said in a statement.
