LAKESIDE TRADE CENTER IS BEING EXPANDED

It has also leased some space in Lakeside Trade Center 1 to a vehicle accessories distributor.Hillwood plans to add two buildings totaling 791,850 square feet on the newly purchased land. Lakeside Trade Center 4 will have 334,900 square feet, and Lakeside Trade Center 5 will have 456,950 square feet.The Beall family sold the land on the north side of Lakeside Drive at Enterprise Drive.Sullivans, a distributor of motorcycle, snowmobile and other power sports equipment, has leased 56,000 square feet in Lakeside Trade Center 1. The space will serve customers in Texas and the lower Midwest.Massachusetts-based Sullivans also has distribution centers in Alabama, Nevada and Massachusetts.Hillwood negotiated the lease and owns the building at 500 Enterprise Drive. The Lakeside Trade Center 1 has built 266,100 square feet of the 462,200-square-foot building. D&K Healthcare has leased space there.– Andrea Jares
