Lakeside Trade Center 1 will be Sullivans First Facility in Texas

FLOWER MOUND, Texas — Hillwood has leased 56,000 square feet in its Lakeside Trade Center 1 building in Flower Mound, Texas to Sullivans, Inc., a leading distributor of motorcycle, snowmobile and powersports accessories in the United States. This new location will serve as a distribution center for Texas and the lower Midwest. Sullivans currently operates distribution centers in Bessemer, Alabama, Sparks, Nevada and Hanson, Massachusetts, where the company is based.”Sullivans is opening this Texas distribution center in order to improve shipping times to our dealer base,” said Derrick Welch, vice president of Sullivans, Inc. “This facility also will house our sales people for this area.”For over 31 years, Sullivans, Inc. has been committed to meeting the product needs of motorcycle, snowmobile, and powersports dealers throughout the United States. Hillwood completed the 266,100-square-foot first phase of the 462,200-square-foot Lakeside Trade Center 1 building last year. Sullivans will join D&K Healthcare, which is leasing 70,100 square feet, in the building, which is located at 500 Enterprise Drive.Lakeside Trade Center 1 is the second of three buildings that Hillwood is developing at the 82-acre Flower Mound site. Best Buy and Maytag each lease half of the 600,200-square-foot Lakeside Trade Center 3 building.
