Not content to rule the industrial and retail world around Alliance Airport, Hillwood’s residential arm, Hillwood Communities, hosted more than 400 Realtors recently at Arlington Hall at Lee Park to promote the housing division. The company debuted its new logo and tagline: Hillwood Communities, Live Smart. Hillwood also gave away a brand new Mercedes (alas, not to us.)
Hillwood has been building family communities since 1988 delivering more than 20,000 single-family lots in more than 60 cities, primarily in North Texas. What began in its home market of DFW has now expanded into other major markets including Wyoming, Florida, California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Costa Rica.
