Dallas, Texas – N9NE Group Consulting Chef/Partner Michael Kornick won the Iron Chef-style competition sponsored by Jenn-Air at Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation® on Sunday.
The contest featured chefs who were given 18 minutes and 10 ingredients to face-off in a competition for the most delicious dish. Kornick, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and James Beard Foundation honoree, is known as a savvy specialist in restaurant openings and a superb trainer and mentor of young chefs. He visits Dallas frequently in preparation for the openings of N9NE Steakhouse and Nove Italiano in the luxurious Victory Park development in November.News Article | 8/30/2006
