Motivating Graphics to expand at Alliance

Motivating Graphics, a commercial printing company, is expanding its facility near Fort Worth Alliance Airport.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation listed the project as having an estimated cost of $2.5 million.

AllianceTexas developer Hillwood Properties sold Motivating Graphics 6 acres adjacent to its existing facility at the southeast corner of Interstate 35W and Eagle Parkway, said spokesman David Pelletier.

Hillwood is building the estimated 80,000-square-foot addition, which is scheduled for completion in May.

Motivating Graphics, a company that supplies instructional manuals and other material for cellular phone manufacturers and carriers, moved into its existing 67,100-square-foot location in 2004. The company first moved into the Alliance corridor in February 2003 after landing a contract with Motorola.

Representatives of the company did not return calls seeking comment.
