NAIOP Georgia chapter has given its 2016 Industrial Deal of the Year to the transaction in which retailer Williams-Sonoma Inc. (NYSE: WSM) leased the entirety of Braselton Commerce Center, a new, 1,074,586-square-foot, state-of-the-art distribution center located off State Route 124, less that one mile from the strategically-located I-85/Highway 53 interchange, in the bustling Jackson County community of Braselton.
