New buildings going up in Weisenberg

The Morning Call (Pennsylvania): Development of the West Hills Business Center in Weisenberg Township is moving forward. Hillwood Investment Properties, a commercial real estate firm based in Dallas, has begun construction on two new buildings at the 230-acre industrial park off Interstate 78. “We’re seeing sustained demand for Class A industrial (space) in the Lehigh Valley,” Hillwood Senior Vice President Gary Frederick said. “Vacancy is less than 5 percent.” See full story.
