NEW CHARTER AIR COMPANY TO OPEN HEADQUARTERS AT ALLIANCETEXAS

FORT WORTH, Texas – Peregrine Point LLC, a new passenger/cargo air charter company, has selected Fort Worth Alliance Airport in Hillwood’s AllianceTexas development as the site for its corporate headquarters. Hillwood recently began construction on a 58,800 square-foot build-to-suit that will house the company’s offices and hangars.

“The selection of Alliance by Peregrine Point came after a nationwide search for the best site from a business and efficiency point-of-view,” said Randy Taylor, general manager of Peregrine Point LLC. “From an aviation standpoint, Fort Worth Alliance Airport is a full-service, 24-hour facility, while the city of Fort Worth and Hillwood have created a tremendous business atmosphere at Alliance that allows companies to grow and prosper.”

Located on the southeastern edge of Fort Worth Alliance Airport, the new facility features 10,000 square-feet of offices in front of two connected hangars that have stair-stepped roofs to accommodate one Boeing 737-700C and one Gulfstream 450 aircraft.

The two ultra long-range business class jets are available on short notice to deliver people or cargo across the country or around the world. The Boeing 737 aircraft has the flexibility to convert from a 55-person European Business Class configuration to a seven pallet, 35,000 pound configuration, as well as having various combined passenger/cargo configurations.

The new facility, which was designed by RGA Architects, is expected to be completed in August 2008. Peregrine Point will initially employ 30 employees.

“Peregrine Point will benefit from the wide range of services and infrastructure that have allowed new companies, as well as global leading companies who opened new facilities, to succeed and grow at Alliance,” said Bill Burton, senior vice president for Hillwood Properties.

Located 15 miles northwest of DFW Airport, the 17,000-acre AllianceTexas development consists of Fort Worth Alliance Airport and the Alliance Global Logistics Hub, the corporate campuses and golf courses of Circle T Ranch and the high-tech mixed-use community of Heritage. AllianceTexas now houses more than 160 companies that occupy 28 million square feet and employ 27,000 workers, as well as 6,200 single-family homes. More than 65 companies at AllianceTexas are ranked on the Fortune 500, Global 500 or Forbes List of Top Private Firms.

Hillwood, (www.hillwood.com) a Perot company, is ranked as one of the top commercial real estate developers in the country and the top residential developer in Dallas-Fort Worth. In addition to AllianceTexas, Hillwood is best known for its development of AllianceCalifornia in San Bernardino and the $420-million American Airlines Center and Victory district near downtown Dallas.
