New Team Members Start at Hillwood, Alliance Commercial

FORT WORTH-Two more local companies have added a pair of professionals to their rosters. Hillwood has added a senior development manager while Alliance Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. has brought on a corporate services’ director.

Marc Hildenbrand, with 24 years’ experience in engineering and construction, has taken a spot in the Hillwood camp, joining Joseph Schneider to help prep properties for development by steering the land from entitlement through groundbreaking. The duo reports to Russell Laughlin, senior vice president of Hillwood Properties.

Hildenbrand, a former financial adviser for Merrill Lynch in Dallas, has 24 years in construction and engineering experience gleaned from the US Army. His last assignment was commanding officer for the 937th Engineering Group, but his career spans a variety of leadership positions, including senior military aide to the US Army secretary and director of the office of chief of engineers at the pentagon.

Alliance Commercial, which opened a Fort Worth office in February, hired T. Lincoln Murphy as corporate services’ director. Murphy, who recently moved to the area, has a background in multifamily asset and property management. Alliance has offices in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Houston. The firm has opened an office in the Summit Bank Building at 9001 Airport Freeway.
