Next stage at Victory

Construction is under way on the next phase of the Victory complex northwest of downtown.

The Terrace on the Park condominiums and the Victory Park apartments are being built north of the W Dallas Hotel on Houston Street near Lamar.

The 95 condos start at $200,000, and there are 125 apartments in the second building.

Both projects will include retail space.

Developer Hillwood plans to present details about these projects and other Victory news on May 10.
