Perot family’s new Turtle Creek campus takes a road less traveled with low-profile design

Dallas Morning News: With land north of downtown Dallas selling for more than $200 per square foot, developers are fighting for every inch of property and building taller and taller. So construction of a three-story business campus on the last large development site along fashionable Turtle Creek seems out of character in the current building boom. For Dallas’ Perot family, which is building the low-rise corporate enclave, the project represents much more than grinding every last development dollar out of a deal. “It’s a once-in-a-lifetime project and everyone knew it,” said Katherine Perot Reeves. “This property is so significant that when we found it, there was no question what we would do with it.” See full story.
