POWERSPORTS COMPANY AT LAKESIDE Massachusetts-based Sullivans, Inc. has leased 56,000 square feet at Hillwood’s Lakeside Trade Center 1 building in Flower Mound. Sullivan’s Hillwood distribution center is the first Texas location for the motorcycle, snowmobile and powersports accessories distributor. Lakeside Trade Center 1 is the second of three buildings Hillwood is developing at the 82-acre Flower Mound site.
