Fort Worth-based real estate investment and development firm Hillwood — a Ross Perot Jr. company — has acquired a 15-building distribution park totaling 2.2 million square feet of industrial space in Atlanta’s northeast submarket.
Terms of the acquisition of the distribution park, called Gwinnett 316, were undisclosed.
