Ross Perot Jr.’s tech fund selects crowd funding startup as portfolio company

Dallas Business Journal: Perot Jain LP, the new technology investment fund created by Ross Perot Jr. and Anurag Jain, has selected New York-based Crowdnetic as one of its first portfolio companies.

The fund did not release the amount that it plans to invest. Crowdnetic provides information and data solutions to the global crowd finance marketplace. It has launched two products in the past year to help provide transparency and support to the growing marketplace that helps startups raise funds from several investors at the same time.
