Dallas Business Journal: Dallas developer Ross Perot Jr. plans to begin a new speculative development in Germany through his newly formed real estate investment and development company, Hillwood Europe. The new development will total 414,345 square feet on 17.5 acres in close proximity to Frankfurt International Airport. “Unlike most investors recently interested in Europe, this is a long-term commitment based on building our business through acquisitions and development,” Perot said last October, in announcing the new European development entity.
