FORT WORTH — Hillwood Properties is offering a 25-year lease-to-own financing option that would pay for the development and construction of an aviation learning center at Alliance Airport that would be operated and maintained by the Tarrant County College District.
The proposal was part of a presentation to TCC trustees Thursday night. No action was taken.
Alliance is “the premier aviation center in the United States,” said Michael K. Berry, president of Hillwood Properties.
