Ten Outstanding Logistics Parks in the South

Alliance Texas

Fort Worth’s Alliance is the mother of all logistics parks, not only in the South, but worldwide. Owned by the City of Fort Worth, developed by Hillwood (a Perot company) and managed by the privately-held Alliance Air Services, Alliance encompasses over 17,000 acres, 29 million square feet of buildings, 28,000 employees working for over 200 companies and almost 7,000 single-family homes. The development is anchored by the Alliance Global Logistics Hub, one of the largest inland ports in the world. The Hub features the Fort Worth Alliance Airport (the world’s first 100% industrial airport), BNSF Railway’s Alliance Intermodal Facility, FedEx’s Southwest Regional Sort Hub, two Class I rail lines and various state and Interstate highway networks.
