Developer Trademark Property Co. said Monday that it has lined up several tenants for its $800 million Alliance Town Center project in North Fort Worth.
The 300-acre retail and mixed-use development is being built on Interstate 35W in partnership with Hillwood, developer of the AllianceTexas project.
Belk Department Store will occupy a new 96,000-square-foot building in the project.
And Hobby Lobby has leased 55,000 square feet.
Wells Fargo and Bank of Texas will also have branch offices in the project.
The developer said that its leasing agent, United Commercial Realty, has letters of intent with 10 other tenants totaling 160,000 square feet.
Alliance Town Center is planned to contain more than 1.6 million square feet of retail space, with construction continuing through 2009.
J.C. Penney has already opened a store in the complex, and Sam Moon Group is building a 150,000-square-foot store.
Fort Worth-based Trademark Property also has a 1 million-square-foot mixed-use development under construction in Allen.
