Hillwood Residential has broken ground on the last phase of the master-planned Twin Creeks community in Allen.
Hillwood, based in Fort Worth, began developing the 2,400-acre community in partnership with Dal-Briar Corp. in 1993. Twin Creeks is now home to more than 2,400 families.
