Victory Park has a new tenant — architectural firm Gromatzky Dupree and Associates. The company, which has an office in Dallas, will lease 22,891 square feet in the Victory Plaza-West Building at Victory Park for its corporate headquarters, commercial developer Hillwood confirmed Thursday.
Hillwood is the developer behind Victory Park. The park’s buildings are now 90 percent leased with the addition of the architectural firm.
Gromatzky Dupree will occupy the fifth floor of the building located at 3090 Olive St. The architectural firm designed Cirque tower, which opened in Victory Park last year.
The firm says 100 employees will move into their new location in April.
