It continues to offer tenants office space that makes work feel more like play, with top-notch restaurants, hotels, spas, nightclubs, luxury retail stores and an urban market — all within walking distance from their office, without having to leave the district.
Office leases for the following companies have recently been executed for the East Plaza building, located in Victory Plaza and adjacent to the American Airlines Center:
Carson Private Capital, a private investment firm, will be leasing 7,921 square feet.
Schlegel Sports, a sports marketing, management and entertainment firm, will be leasing 6,307 square feet.
Public Strategies, a business advisory firm, will be leasing 3,248 square feet.
Hillwood, the developer of Victory Park, also recently relocated into the West Plaza building, occupying 54,840 square-feet of office space.
“Carson Private Capital is thrilled to be a part of the progressive urban experience and luxury infrastructure that Victory Park brings to Dallas,” said CEO Royal W. Carson, III.
“We are extremely excited to be moving the Schlegel Sports corporate headquarters to Victory Park,” said Kirby Schlegel, chairman and CEO of Schlegel Sports. “As we will now be directly in the center of the sports and entertainment area of Dallas, our location perfectly aligns itself with the vision of Schlegel Sports.”
“Victory Park is an exciting place,” said Public Strategies President and CEO, Jeff Eller, “Our new office in the district will give us excellent access to our clients and others we hope will be soon!”
Tenants will also enjoy access to DART rail at Victory Station, valet parking and WiFi, to name a few of the conveniences. Additionally, businesses will find that their employees can squeeze in a workout in the morning, shop during lunch or enjoy a post-workday massage at Bliss Spa. Companies can also entertain their clients with lunch and dinner meetings at CRAFT or N9NE, treat them with tickets to a Mavericks game, and book client stays at the W or Mandarin Oriental Hotels.
