VICTORY PARK OFFERS BUSINESSES A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE,

DALLAS – Victory Park, the $3 billion multi-use development in Dallas, has something special to offer businesses around the region. Office leases for the following companies have recently been executed for the East Plaza building, located in Victory Plaza and adjacent to the American Airlines Center:

Carson Private Capital, a private investment firm, will be leasing 7,921 square feet.

Schlegel Sports, a sports marketing, management and entertainment firm, will be leasing 6,307 square feet.

Public Strategies, a business advisory firm, will be leasing 3,248 square feet.

Hillwood, the developer of Victory Park, also recently relocated into the West Plaza building, occupying 54,840 square-feet of office space.
