Wal-Mart Stores buys land in the Alliance Corridor in north Fort Worth from Hillwood

Fort Worth Star-Telegram: Hillwood Communities has sold 27.4 acres in the Alliance Corridor in north Fort Worth, Texas, to Wal-Mart Stores. The land sales includes 12 acres for a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and 15.4 acres to a medical developer, according to Venture Commercial, the brokerage that handled the sale.
