Texas A&M Real Estate Center: A joint venture is breaking ground on Interstate Commerce Center (ICC) next month. Copeland Commercial LLC and Hillwood Investment Properties are building the 717,706-sf master-planned Class-A office and logistics park in north Houston, just south of FM 1960. The first phase will total 414,106 sf in two buildings; both will deliver in the fourth quarter.
